upon check in the gentleman was kind and professional. my room was very big, super clean with a fridge, microwave, hot water for a nice shower and an amazingly comfortable bed with clean bed sheet. Pillow smelled funny but pillow cover was clean. Great options for breakfast. Nice pool to take a dip in. Excellent location, right across the street from shopping mall with a Target store so you can pick up groceries. Also many dinnng options around including a Mexican Cafe right beside, a Cicke K, Starbucks and Burger King right beside as well! Will stay here again for sure

Need. To provide more coffee in the room and creamers. They need to dust and freshen the room with air freshener.It is a little musky due to being an old building. Bathroom add a smell to it. Otherwise the stay was absolutely wonderful.The bed was comfortable.I enjoyed having a restaurant to the hotel right next door that made it great. Staff was very friendly. I had stayed there before and I will stay there again.I recommend this hotel.

Great property and great customer service. We were stranded in El Paso with car troubles and the staff was very understanding and helpful. The onsite Mexican restaurant was delicious and the room was super comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend to travelers!

room was very clean. Ladies clean it in a daily basis, difficult to see something like that in these times. The staff ( specially SUSAN ) She was very attentive, she helped me with some prints that I had to make for my interview.
